KRAV MAGA is a very modern and practical style of self defense. This system developed for the Israel military has continually been refined from actual combat experience.
Students learn to deal with a full range of challenges they might experience in a street altercation. At beginning levels students are introduced to critical concepts for surviving physical attacks. Students will develop highly useful responses to physical assaults and develop aggressive counter attacks. As the student progresses, a wider variety of combatives are taught.
